REGISTRATIONS

How can I register?

Please visit this website and click on the registration button. You will be forwarded directly to the online registration module. Please finalize the steps and you will receive an automatically sent confirmation. The final confirmation will be sent via the congress secretariat, after your registration has been checked. Only online registrations will be accepted.

When does online registration close?

You can register online until 3 days before the start of the congress. After that you can only register onsite. We strongly recommend to pre-register to avoid long waiting queues onsite.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes. Please send an email to registrations@congresscare.com that you want to cancel your registration. When you have registered, we are counting on your participantion. Kindly inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Can I make a name change to my registration?

Yes. If you want to change a name in a finalized registration, please send an e-mail to registrations@congresscare.com.

ACCREDITATIE / CERTIFICATE

Is the meeting accredited?

Accreditation for RIZIV/INAMI is pending, for both meetings.

How can I claim my credits after the Congress?

Your accreditation points will be apoimted to your account, when you have signed the attendee list, once per day.

 

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

You will receive your Certificate of Attendance via email within two weeks following the meetings.

Will the presentations become available after the ROU meeting?

Yes, the presentations will become available. When you have attended the ROU meeting you will receive an email with the website where to find the presentations and the password to log in.
